Minto Communities has closed on a 260-acre property east of the present Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Seashore neighborhood with the aim to broaden the event by 500 houses, the developer introduced on Monday, Jan. 11.
Minto can now construct 3,900 houses at Latitude Margaritaville, a 55-and-over neighborhood situated off LPGA Boulevard, the press launch states. President William Bullock stated the neighborhood has maintained “very sturdy gross sales.”
“We hit a significant benchmark not too long ago after we closed on the neighborhood’s 1,000th dwelling, and gross sales proceed to exceed our preliminary projections,” stated Bullock within the press launch. “The placement of this extra property is ideally suited to accommodate enlargement of the neighborhood whereas sustaining connectedness with present houses and facilities.”
Houses in Latitude Margaritaville start within the low $200,000, and Minto studies over 350,000 individuals are registered “Latitude Margaritaville Paradise Membership” members, receiving common updates on the communities and are thought of potential patrons.
In June 2019, the Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Seashore City heart opened, which features a city sq. with a bandshell, health heart, pool, canine park, and tennis and pickleball courts. Its non-public seaside membership in Ormond-by-the-Sea is scheduled to open this month.
