Born in 1941 and raised on Angle Road in Hamilton, Mr Hart developed a ardour for soccer, cricket and desk tennis within the junior membership on the Younger Males’s Social Membership

Later, he was a participant and coach with the membership’s soccer crew.

On the Central College in Pembroke, he received a scholarship to attend the Berkeley Institute, the place he credited the late Solomon Kawaley, a chemistry instructor, as an inspiration.
